You can do these EVERY day!

  • Abdomen - several types - whichever you like - crunches, hanging leg lifts, crunch machines - just do not hook your feet or legs under anything! As many repetitions as you can do! 
 

Many people like the ab crunch benches below.  Personally, I feel that any ab workout that allows you to hook your legs under something and use your legs, takes away from the ab workout. The hanging leg lift machine below, is, in my opinion, one of the best abs workouts you can get.
