Step 10 - How to make the Weight Plates

Clearing the barbell sleeve hole
If cement plugged the hole in the center, it is easy to clear.
Just tap a hole right in the center with a screwdriver, then gradually chip around the edges of the hole until it is clear.
You can then your a 3/4 inch wooden dowel or the 3ft section of the barbell pipe to completely clear the sleeve.
