Drill the holesStep 3 - Make your own Dumbbells - Drill the pipe

Drill 2 sets of holes, the 1/4 " diameter through both pipes,

one 1 " from one end of each pipe, the second and inch further.

 The holes should be 90 degrees from each other, and about 1 inch apart. 

Then attach the bolts with a nut on each side of the pipe to holt it in place

 

These bolts will securely anchor the pipe in the concrete (like rebar)
