Step 11 - Make your own Dumbbells -
Cement the two pvc pipes together

Now we will use the pvc cement (which comes with its own paint swab inside the bottle) to coat both the inside of the wider, shorter PVC pipe and the last 3 inches of the narrow, longer pvc pipe, then insert the longer narrow pipe into the wider, shorter pipe, to make the dumbbell complete!
